Global Leadership Mindset Development Program (GLMDP)

We are a network of different Business Schools and bringing EXECUTIVES and International Business Students in a learning platform together. The topic is to develop a Global Leadership Mindset over a three month period of time. 

We identified the most relevant global mindset competencies for a Global Career in HR, Marketing & Sales, Finance & Controlling, Procurement, Logistics, R&D, IT, Consulting.

For Bachelor and Master International Business Students we developed a Top 12 of most relevant global competencies to prepare for the business world. 

How does it work: 

12-weeks Certificate Global Leadership Mindset Development Program For IB Students Topics

 Week 1: GLOBAL MINDSET (BASICS) 

Week 2: GLOBAL MINDSET (HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT), Global Competencies 

Week 3:  Cross-Cultural Management and Communication across cultures 

Week 4: Self-Management and Mindfulness

Week 5: Building Trust across borders, Global Negotiations, Global Partnerships

Week 6: GLOBE – recent developments

Week 7: Global Competencies in Different Business Functions

Week 8: Global Mobility and Global Assignments 

Week 9: Learning Mindset 

Week 10: Global Digitalization and Global Innovations

Week 11: Global Ethics, Sustainability, Responsibility

Week 12: Global Talent Management

Within this 12-week program all IB Students receive these skills to improve. It is according to the level of competencc that everybody has an own customized learning journey, with an assessment, learning material such as texts, videos, interaction with others and working on a case study and reading reflection  reports how others improved their skills.

5) Develop Curiosity/ Inquisitiveness

After this 12 weeks follows a re-assessment of all 12 skills provided.

Each school delivers a Certificate. Only participants will receive a Certificate when they have submitted a Reflection Report and if they gone through all the materials by answering everything inside the platform.

Three Coachings will be provided with a length of 30 minutes each
