Manoj 🇬🇧

The Global Mindset program offers well-structured learnings to develop the skills required in a challenging multicultural environment. Participation in lectures with interactive breakout sessions provided an excellent platform to collectively capture and share insights from an academic and business perspective.

Alex 🇩🇰
Global Senior HR Manager, German Logistics Enterprise

The major topics covered within the Global Mindset are harnessing the power of diversity, cultural awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence, and the ability to learn them through Acquired Intelligence. Cultural awareness is imperative. As a result of having participated in this program, I now firmly believe the most important qualities to be refined are vision, empathy, consistency, and integrity. These are the qualities in leadership that engender trust. The experience in the program was very worthwhile. A Global Mindset has helped me identify an individual path toward authentic and transformational leadership to influence, inspire, motivate, and promote intellectual stimulation and curiosity, and an empathetic environment.

Dr. Daniel O 🇺🇸

The experience of now being globally minded is has made me feel more comfortable to speak to others from different countries and ask questions about their culture without judging or forming my own. This program helped me to show more empathy, to be a better listener. To show respect to my fellow colleagues, not to prejudge not just my coworkers but anyone. It has taught me to be more open-minded and know that everyone is entitled to their opinion. pinion. Before the programme, I was naïve and very judgmental about of the reality that we live in a global world. After enrolling and taking part in the program, I can now appreciate the different cultures. The journey is like a breath of fresh air. This program helped me to show more empathy, to be a better listener. To show respect to my fellow colleagues, not to prejudge not just my coworkers but anyone. It has taught me to be more open-minded and know that everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Tamika M. 🇧🇸

Learning to see things from a different perspective showed me ways in which I can improve my behavior and ways in which I can be a better person. Executives will understand that the process of trust building can take many different paths, time constraints, and different sets of criteria in different parts of the world and with people from different backgrounds.

Latoya J. 🇧🇸

The learning platform provided us with articles and videos which helped me to understand the topic in each platform. As we develop our global mindset, we must be able to listen intently, and focus on what the speaker is saying. Developing proper listening skills helps us to understand the goals. Being a part of this cohort was very fulfilling and informative. It made me feel special and a part of a movement seeking to make change in the global market. My thinking has changed for the better when engaging in international business and relationships. I feel a higher level of confidence in myself that I can interact and work with persons from different cultures.

Paulette R. 🇧🇸

I realized that the knowledge imparted in me from these very knowledgeable professors and instructors would help me tremendously throughout my career. A lot of the topics are relatable and I’ve been able to apply these competencies to my current job. I’ve learned that globalization remains an ongoing challenge for many, but if we want to be successful we must learn to think and operate more globally and to do this we must foster a Global Leadership Mindset. Some of the key takeaways from the programme are learning more about cross-cultural knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and values and how it affects international business decisions. I would highly recommend this 12-week professional development course in Global Leadership Mindset to others. The skills, tools and knowledge imparted is priceless and would definitely help leaders/managers on their professional journey.

Manell M. 🇧🇸

Your Global mindset program is a valuable toolset for every manager working on a global position. All the topics are selected thoroughly and in good order. I learned that developing emotional intelligence is very important to everyone now and will be important in the future even more.
