He has gained experience as a business consultants at various organisations and undertaken research and lecturing at several universities. The Universities are located in Germany and Brazil, e.g. FDC, Insper, FIA and FGV EAESP – leading Universities in Brazil. Jinxiang Wang

Consultant, China

Miss Wang studied International Management (BA) at ISM Cologne since 2014. She exchanged one semester abroad in Beijing Foreign Studies University, focusing on International Business major. She has worked as an intern at Siemens power automation (Nanjing), ZTE (Dusseldorf) and some other fields. Meanwhile, she holds a certificate of teaching Chinese as a second language in 2013. Also,She joined Global Mindset since 2016. Currently, she is enrolled in a Master Program at SKEMA Business School.

Doing a bachelor degree in ISM Cologne in stream International Management. Now I am going for an exchange course in England in EM Normandie University. Hailing from India, coming to Germany is new experience for me and now going further to England will help to extend horizon of my cultural knowledge. Since June I am doing internship by Global Mindset & Global Leadership and participating in developing virtual platform.

Prof. Dr. Thomas Hanke
MA, Dr. rer. pol.

Tom is professor of Business Administration and Logistics at the FOM University of Applied Sciences. Previously, he worked as a lecturer and researcher for several academic institutes and was responsible for a number of international R&D projects. Tom demonstrated his practical skills in various business functions, e.g. banking, management & technology consulting, managing a startup incubator. Tom holds an MA in Communication Science and a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) in Business Administration from the University of Duisburg-Essen.

Ricardo Jesús Guerrero Barboza


Studied Business and Administration (BA) at the Universidad Rafael Urdaneta in Maracaibo, Venezuela and Master in International Affairs at the EF Academy Oxford, England. Currently studying MA in International Business at the International School of Management Dortmund (ISM). Work experience in areas related to marketing and sales, inventory management and social media marketing. Master Thesis with special regard to “Global Mindset & Global Leadership”. Since 2018 Research Associate / Ph.D. Candidate, Jacobs University Bremen. 

Anja Kiefer-Orendi
Diplom-Kauffrau, CEMS Master, Integral-Systemischer Coach

Studies of General Business Administration and International Management in Cologne and Barcelona. More than 13 years experience as Business and Life Coach, i.a. in intercultural settings with all management levels, groups and teams, 9 years as coach trainer and since 2011 director of an own coach training institute with an ICF (International Coach Federation) approved coach training program. 8 years leaderership experience and over 17 years in various international projects as consultant, coach and management trainer: i.a. in leadership, team development, marketing, customer experience, sales and change management in different sectors.

Rodrigo Mello

Rodrigo is a Ph.D. candidate holding one of the 15 Ph.D. positions funded by Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action “Global mobility of employees” (GLOMO), an international research project part of the Horizon 2020 research and innovation program, under the supervision of University of Vaasa (Finland) and Cranfield University (UK). He possesses significant international experience in cross-culture interactions. Rodrigo earned his MBA in 2007 at the Fundacão Getúlio Vargas (FGV) – Rio de Janeiro and an MA in 2014 at Cologne Business School (CBS) – Cologne. Rodrigo also has professional experience in well-known multinational corporations such as Anheuser-Busch InBev (Brazil) and Lanxess (Germany). Currently, his research focuses on creating career success and the long-term career impacts of different types of international work experiences.

Dr. Christa Uehlinger

With a PhD in law from the University of Zurich, long-standing international business experience, studies in intercultural communication in the US and courses in the Psychology of Communication and Psychosynthesis, Dr. Christa Uehlinger is an experienced intercultural professional who successfully helped many leaders to develop their global competencies. She is a lecturer in intercultural management at the University of Applied Sciences in St. Gallen/Switzerland as well as at the university of applied sciences in Zurich. Additionally, she is an independent intercultural advisor, running her own company christa uehlinger linking people® (www.linkingpeople.ch) and working with leading companies from different industries, but also with the police, doctors and nurses, teachers and multicultural teams. Dr. Christa Uehlinger lived, worked, and travelled in Europe, Canada, the US, Australia and Asia. She is a certified administrator of IDI, a tool to measure intercultural sensitivity and a Cultural Detective facilitator. Her work consists of several published articles on intercultural communication; moreover, she is a key note speaker on this topic. She is the author of Miteinander verschieden sein, interkulturelle Kompetenz als Schlüssel zur global vernetzten Welt (Versus Verlag, Zurich/Switzerland) and co-author of a game „Puzzling Intercultural Stories“.
